Heard this in London and went home to think about it, by the time I decided to buy, couldn't go back to the shop cause was called in to the office, bought it online instead. |

Paid for the Red Wine Audio mod. Still looking around for amps to pair with the AK120 Titan besides the amps that I currently own. Anymore suggestions? And any one got any experience with the RWA mod?

AK120 Titans have arrived:
Had a very brief listen to it and now they're back in the box and on the way to Red Wine Audio to get the mods done. They sound glorious. |

QUOTE(E1 - AKG @ Mar 19 2014, 09:34 AM) Will try to make it this weekend. I think I am the first one in Malaysia to have the RWAK120 and also the Sony ZX1. LOL. Feel so much like a stringfellow. So this is what it feels like huh to be pertamax. This post has been edited by joshuachew: Mar 19 2014, 09:44 AM |

QUOTE(jchue73 @ Apr 14 2014, 12:30 AM) Dual boot would work. Although it sounds very cumbersome to boot into your 32bit OS for music, that would be the cheapest solution. Honestly, between doing that and carrying around another DAC when I know that it will be used besides only my DAP's I would rather do that. Like on trips where I know that I will be stationary in the hotel room etc. But if you wanna go back to your computer cause not all your music can fit onto the AK100 and the SD card, you can do either that, or just keep copying the music that I wanna listen to onto the SD Card, I get transfer speeds of up to 60mbps anyway. But I wouldn't need to cause my RWAK120 can fit all my music with the 128x3. |

QUOTE(jchue73 @ Apr 14 2014, 05:30 PM) Copying out files to SD card as and when required is crazy. 60Mbps will take you 4 hours 51 minutes for just 1 x 128GB card. No. I mean if you wanna listen to an album or two just copy it out. Why would anyone have the sudden urge to listen to all 128GB of new music? 128GB of music will take forever to listen to anyway.Fastest and easiest is to dual boot. |

QUOTE(yang2910 @ Apr 22 2014, 10:11 PM) Nah, my collection only ngam ngam 100gb and currently was looking another 64gb to fit in the 2nd slot. But, do shoot me an expecting price if you are selling it. Might well consider about it... Heh. I think he is one of the first guys to bring it in as he directly imported in from US. Alot of guys on Head-Fi just ordered and have been quoted 3 months wait time. |
