minor editing is fine SP2

but the SP2 wont be much cheaper also than a mac book, pricing i got from Japan is about RM3.2k converted for 128GB unit excluding type cover, add another 300 for type cover which is close to RM3.5k

it should be 100usd less, probably RM2.7k? not recommend to take 64GB because with win8 installed alone, takes bout 20GB, u are left with 40GB+

and yea it doesnt comes with the type cover, go for touch cover for a slightly cheaper price

for pro
100% watch movie lasted only bout 3hours+
normal web browsing + misc work, bout 4-5hours

on and off for 2 days - 3 days for me is not much an issue because i am not a heavy user

the pro2 should be better because its using haswell proc, supposing increase battery life

the only problem i have with pro1 is the heat issue, it feels pretty uncomfortable for long usage

i sold my Pro 1 due to underutilised, not getting those uber expensive tablets anymore...i have desktop at home and laptop at work. getting 8" tablets for simple usage

i must agree the surface is a really nice device, good built and quality

offtopic:
i tried the Sony tap 11, its thin, but the flap looks very ugly unlike the the surface

lazada is always misleading, the last time they put full set+type cover at a price, however in their description they put type cover is not included....couple of months back

yea i know, i've own the 1st surface pro, i feel under-utilised due to lack of apps, so i sold it off

the Z2 tab seems promising
