hi , how to take creatine?

okay. i've done some research on creatine. here's wat i can summarize based on my understanding. correct me if im wrong please. - mixing creatine with water is just a waste. - taking creatine before workout is a waste - loading phase is not necessary so my answer is, how do i mix creatine and when should i take creatine? im looking foward to try creatine

From my understanding.. u juz take a scope n mix with ur protein shake for Post workout..

1. It's not a waste to take your creatine in water. It's going to get into your system either way.
2. It's not necessarily a waste. But if youre taking creatine pre workout for immediate effects then thys the wrong idea since the benefits of creatine are not acute.
3. Yes, it's not necessary to load.
