CB Land service(s) is very SLOW and need to follow-up so many time to get things done 

sigh...CB land always never reply email, no one can give any answer when call up...always nanti nanti, govt office also improve jo for so long...why CB land standard still the 1980s govt office standard...

what happen to our 5k rebate? send letter ask for money/disbursement very fast, when ask abt rebate no one answered...

previously there was prob with the interest payment from developer, i called n emailed also all nanti nanti...now history repeats itself... :(

i agreed with you partially. CB Land not a very big corporation. they try to be. But the back end administrative that drag the corporate image and became the obstacle. when i deal with MS and CB Land, i notice it's damn huge different in customer service. If the young MD wish to move the company forward, change the backend administrative first.

Management is key component of property appreciate and livable.

Just like all of you, I wish to see this improvement in their service to customers. Only when there is satisfaction from their customers, positive word of mouth will begin to spread to the general public.

there are many other project out there. but i'm in conservative mode now with lots of market uncertainty.

On paper, developer or marketing agent give a very good ("positive") feedback. be realistic loh. you know, i know how's the market out there. there are some good project out there. but my concern now is leveraging and building holding power for upcoming 6 years until 2020.
