got BRT coming up.. maybe they should build a bridge across the federal highway.. can add value to AS n the surrounding condos..

i think 2k is not a problem. Only for those is willing to spent for their unit.

My clients 3 beds....took me....4 months rent out at 1.8k....fully furhished..(so...so)...mid of this year.....mind pm your unit?

if current market can pay 1800, don't you think 2000 is possible?
For sure those that willing to pay 2000 is someone that have certain spending power. It is not simply anyone from else where.

2k is doable is not something exaggerated

I am not positive but it is based on common logic and current supply and demand in that area.

I think AS can hit 2k for nice fully furnished la... AS will have no new units after that for at least 1.5 yrs in the vicinity..

i think 20k also can do nice furnished d.. u need to use creative ID... u working in furniture line mah.. dis one affordable/normal condo so no need overspend.

If economy still good after gst...2015....2k....yes doable........but if bad.....pray for 1.8k....enough d.
