It is speculated that MRT circle line is coming to to Pantai Dalam/Bangsar South instead of KL Eco City.

It's from an article by Ho Chin Soon.

Some discussion here (from post #669):

One of the latest Ho CHin Soon map I got from Nanyang Property Fair also shows that the circle line will come to Pantai Dalam -> Angkasapuri -> University LRT Station.

MRT Line 2 & 3 kept postponing the announcement (no $$), personally, I don't think any solid physical work of Line 2 & 3 will be started by 2015

Definitely a more challenging job to speculate the starting date than the circle line route. shakehead.gif

Yes I saw ho chin soon map showing speculated mrt line passing bangsar south..if got, take it as bonus, anyway the LRT is already there, short walking distance only ie cross the road to gateway and shaded all the way to LRT.
UOA will get APDL in this 1-2:weeks, thereafter I think they will start serious marketing

Developers are pushing for the new launching before the budget announcement.

Mega-merger in the making?

Even as the dust settles on the recent takeover of Focal Aims Holdings Bhd by Eco World Development Holdings Sdn Bhd, there is talk the newly-merged entity is eyeing another listed property developer, UOA Development Bhd. The deal, if it materialises, could see the emergence of a mega property company with a gross development (GDV) value of at least RM45 bil.One of the new shareholders of Focal Aims is Liew Tian Xiong, son of SP Setia founder and managing director Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin. The elder Liew is said to be leaving SP Setia in 2015 and will make Focal Aims his new listed vehicle. The potential deal with UOA could be another piece in the puzzle of Liew’s bigger plan as he readies himself to exit SP Setia. A source close to UOA Development says its co-founder and managing director Kong Chong Soon is mulling the possibility of selling part or all of his 68% stake in the company.
