Just got an SMS to view show units from UOA since I was their customer before. Still not much info except what is already in this thread; 2-3 rooms, 648-1119sqft, FH.

I have been waiting for long time for this one... rclxms.gif

So can go to the UOA show room to view and book?

Where is the show room by the way?

Just paid the visit to their sales gallery. Brought my cheque book along and thought could quickly grab a small unit there. After understanding the project from the sales guy, my main concern is either facing east or west and no view at all, 'cause blocked by buildings which is 20 to 30 meters away only. To me, this project looks like Pekeliling flats.

Was there this noon, not much crowd..
Since I was rushing for appointment, just walk around and took a bit of photos. Two show rooms available. If you need a copy of their price list, please email " user posted image" with the subject list "South View". My gmail shall auto reply you. Dont think its appropriate to post in public forum.

Got 3 types : 1119 (3 bedroom),815 (2 bedroom) & 648 (1 bedroom).
Price is from 800++psf to 900++ psf before discount.
Wanted to buy smallest unit, seem like only left limited units and price is beyond my budget. sad.gif

What is sales package?

How come psf price so much difference between corner and intermediate unit?

How much is the net price for available small units?

Very easy decision between the 2:
Pantai Sentral Park:
- very deep inside the kampung access road
- 6km to mid valley & UM & Bangsar south offices (vs 2km from southview)
- <1km from pantai dalam cemetery & sewege treatment plant (these 2 bombs alone... need to think more?)
- leasehold

No I not agent from either one smile.gif

So many agents promoting this.

UOA must hv outsourced the sale to many agencies to dispose this high dense project

Any idea each agency will offer the same package and pricing or different by co?
