I dunt think NF7-S v2.0 is compatible...

check out the compatability chart ---- >>   CNPS7000A/B compatible Socket 462 Motherboard list
yeah. i am also doubting the zalman heatsink coz there some big capacitors close to the socket.

i am considering to buy thermaltake volcano or polo which has standard retention clip.

I prefer them over the big typhoon because i always move my casing from a place to another place. I am afraid if the giant cooler can crush my cpu core while move the casing.

wah zahri. Is is true, no problem to move the casing frequently? just get the copper shim with the Tt Big Typhoon?

by the way what the idle and load temp with the big typhoon?

can fit the Big Typhoon into normal ATX casing? I am afraid that the PSU will block the insertation of this giant cooler.

hmm, thank for ur explanation. I've googled and seen the picture of copper shim.

that cool. I am sure it can protects the cpu core from being crushed or chipped. My question now, which shop sell this item? Is it still available?

Maybe I should go to Overclockers Paradise. I want to ask their staffs whether they got this copper shim.

How much it priced?
