I got the offer to work on next monday, but I have asked the interviewer whether I got the job offer letter. He just told me that "promised is a promiesed" . He accept me via email by using his company email.

I felt something wrong with the process .

please give me some advices

what company is that? usually a dedicated company will come out with a black and white document as rule to prepare on the legal term. But sometimes, a small or a new company which didn't have a proper procedures implemented will go on with trust basis. Or the worst part, this is one of the company which like to give misguided info and lead us to the other job rather than what we expected before. like salesperson and etc..depends on you, maybe can try for one day and if don't like, can cabut as long you never sign anything or any sort of agreement.

don't trust it...for any company(respectable) you need to sign the hiring documents...unless you join a very small company that has no legal implications on the hiring issue...if that's not the case, always insist that you need to sign the hiring papers

first go and see la...sometime they also got problem, can not prepare the related document fast.
by the way, what is the name of the company?

If you are a guy its still ok to just go next monday but still MUST look at all the documents in great detail but if you are a girl errr..........

Cause there was an incident that I know of the girl went for an interview ended up the person wanted to bring her to dinner to discuss further. Luckily she knew something is not right and quickly left .

I am a guy and I got offer for a programmer job in klang valley . I found this company from jobsdb.com name (vision inspection technology)

Well it all depend on yourself, whether you want to start your job as being informed through email or wait for the official employment. Below is my own personal experience which quite similiar to you.

Current I working in one of Berjaya subsidiary company, which I also being contact through phone to start my job before I had get to see or sign my employment letter. My employment letter only reach me around 2 week after I started my job. And I started my job at the last week of the month, which my boss want to start immediately because of lack of man power.

Go to them, take the offer letter, tell them u need time to look through the contract and time for consideration. Discuss with knowledgeable people about the contract in detail.
And if your are happy with it....and all seems fair. make your choice.
