what company is that? usually a dedicated company will come out with a black and white document as rule to prepare on the legal term. But sometimes, a small or a new company which didn't have a proper procedures implemented will go on with trust basis. Or the worst part, this is one of the company which like to give misguided info and lead us to the other job rather than what we expected before. like salesperson and etc..depends on you, maybe can try for one day and if don't like, can cabut as long you never sign anything or any sort of agreement.
