Edit: Flashed it. Forgo my touch wake for now until devil is updated.  tongue.gif

Doesn't seem to recognise the word "Swype" very well. But overall very good keyboard and super smooth. Just bought it too.

All,

Was browsing S3 thread. Seems this code can display some stats on the motherboard and emmc chip revision for the S3. Will it do the same for Note 2?

Never notice it in practice, but perhaps once in a while when using the S-pen.
baronic yes sir, no flame but providing an article link.

Read about it but ive never had any noticable lag that bothered me before. Probably so miniscule if you didnt know about it you wouldnt notice it kinda thing

According to this link, one of the methods and indications is when you on on to your notification bar and fling it up and down, it does not stick to your finger. That one is noticeable. But other than that, its true that its not significant.

Since you are so free to nitpick, may I invite you to try the 401 ROM versions that I have compiled in the master list in post 7  tongue.gif

I think due to this, it will be manageable. Have gone thru Note 2 cycle, can understand what to expect  tongue.gif

[attachmentid=3417378]
Work out a plan, say, try 2 ROMs a day, and you will run thru the list in about 6 months (assuming you start with more current ROMs), just in time to get a Note 3 !!!  laugh.gif
*
shocking.gif 2 roms a day.. hahaha. My job now gives me only ample time to eat, sleep and taking dumps.

Weekends should be alright though.. And probably only samsung roms.

AOSP roms lack the vintage filter on the camera.. Not happy with that. doh.gif

I have to admit I completely forgot I bought the app before.. Tried it again and I'm loving it. Only complaint is the shutter sound is too loud. Already deleted the cameraclick.ogg file butstill the same..

On another note, I'm ready to go back to try Aosp again. brows.gif

joytest baronic do u know any task managers that work similarly like samsung's one? Can't live without a task manager. I recall some of the s2 roms do incorporate it but no idea about note 2 roms.

Quick System Info Pro? Or Android Tuner/System Tuner?

I dont like third party task managers as thet often conflict and drain battery. Whats wrong with in built task managers? All roms shud have em what
*
QUOTE(benny888 @ Apr 30 2013, 07:25 AM)
Some users still think n use it like windows
The more they try to tackle it , it only get worse n back to cycle of trying to find the best task manager
Just allow the system to manage
*

Actually I'm ok without a task manager. Only thing is I like to exit my browser properly after I use it and there's no such option on AOKP.

Also, can anyone recommend kernel that supports calibrated colors and exfat support together? Using devil now but having no exfat kinda sucks.

And my browser crashes occasionally.

On stock rom you can edit the CSC to add exit button to stock browser. Dunno if it will work the same way with aokp you can try.

Does AOKP support exfat in the first place. If yes you can try redpill.

With calibrated colors?
