paranoid android 3+ rom is 150+mb whereas the g apps was 170+mb, so together whole thing is just 300+mb, its not actually bigger than that right?

well my note 2 wasnt able to go pass the logo. so i went to recovery and all my files are literally gone.. well ho to fix this?
