While many here are waiting for the Note 3, it is expected to arrive late Sep, to mid Oct at the very least. If you can stand the wait, by all means.

If not, get Note 2. Read the Reviews and Testimonies in post 4, and these are RECENT reviews from Feb to April 2013. Note 2 is still among the best phones today, and especially if you do a lot of note taking.

That's the expectation.
