Any one here with expireance networking,billing software, server and client? Need to setup a server that able to control 50 IP address,
but the device that connected is not a window or supported by ip address. any pro here to solve my problem ?

Ya, i know that is the last hope for it. But i think still have the way to solve it before i lead this to the programmer.

Any one know about this device? if this device able to disconnected from server it will totally shut down with no power supply. If i reconnect the ip from the server. it will gv power supply again. Easy to say, i need a device that can stop and continue power supply to a USB port with control from a pc or server. Than my problem will solve.. Please help T_T

The 50 IP that you are referring are within the local area network?

The link in your post is some sort of network repeater.

The LAN cable has the length limit (Cat5 -100 meters (328 feet)) which if it is too long, the data signal will lost.
So the function of a network repeater is to enhance the data signal in a long LAN cable.

Yes, all is local network. Guess you guys dont get what i mean.. haha. okok. let' me explain

1) I have a device, this device is from china. evething inside already set by their tech. i unable to access into it.
2) This device have only a USB port.
3) If refering to Cyber cafe system, Server & client. Mean ever device i install need a PC. ( This will costly. Out of budget) Already discuess with MiachealSoft company
4) This device able to function with USB power. meaning i no need to get a plug from socket to on this thing. The only way i think get is, if i able to disconnect this device from getting power from USB. My problem solve.
5) Refering to no.4 How i do that? how to disconnect a USB. unless i able to found a USB adapter RJ45/USB that have IP it self, so i can connect to the server. From the server i able to set timer to disconnect, so there that device not function due to no power supply. Anybody can do this? if able to deliver what i want. We can discuess the payment. =)
