personally i think can sustain. but need to find place with ample parking or increase their food delivery time. SS2 kinda shit planning..lulz

i personally met one of the cofounder the guy with finance/accnting background, he said when they started out seapark was one of the more deserted of the location they considered thus cheapest rent also.

maybe the parking situation became shit after burgerlab became a phenomenon..imagine that kind of commotion coming..gengg..die also..ahhaha rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif
