hye, im new here..just found out about this thread..
i've bought my nexus 4 last 3 months ago..my previous phone was galaxy s2 and to actually change my phone to nexus 4, its the wisest decision i've made in my opinion..firsttime using 4 core phone is already fast but then i donno how the idea of rooting my device came and to actually find out rooting nexus device is sooo easy..i did some  research and yup, i've rooted my phone and currently flashing Paranoid Android with franco kernel..i must say that i'm proud to own a nexus 4..    

now, im thinking to buy this nexus 4.. is it too late? when will the next nexus phne out?? any rumors??

or better buy s4/htc one??

haha.. its actually not recommended to restore system data, could bring out errors. If you want to restore, just normal apps, not system apps.

is there any recommended apps to backup  all my messages?

i use titanium backup to bakup my sms before but when i restore it after flashing a new ROM it seems to cause my phone headaches..sms,mms, call log n everything does in fall under system data?

Good ROM  I'd still suggest trying out some till you find one that you prefer. I'm using PA for example.
