Not a strong guy myself, but I think progressive overload is the way (at least for my program).

this week increase 1 rep, next week increase 2.5kg but reset reps.

example: -

Week 1

50kg x 5 reps x 3 sets

Week 2

50kg x 6 reps x 3 sets

Week 3

52.5kg x 5 reps x 3 sets

not weird, pushing is usually harder...... I've failed my OHP and squats multiple times and I've only failed my deadlift once.

If you put in enough effort and the weight is decently heavy, I don't think you can train your legs, back and biceps on the same day. At least optimally.

I mean, I'm not really a strong person but after 3 sets of 85kg squats + leg presses, I'm already half dead.
