if you just want to root for fun, dont root it.
unless you got a good reason to root, then go ahead with it

Maybe you have experience on rooting other devices otherwise just play to it until you bored then start to think of rooting.

Cause Stock S3 is enough to play for at least a month.

To add on, rooting can be fun or dangerous if you don't know what are you doing..

Thanks for the Info. Well I will use Stock S3 Rom until I get boring. Then I will root and running Custom Rom. I did gone through some of the Custom Rom in XDA Forum. Well looks very promising.

Mine shows Insane Chip..

SDS, a common problem known to S3 escpecially certain earlier batches. The phone will be death for no reason and may have startup looping symptom. Install the app from Play Store(link given on top post) to check whether you're are with "insane chip or sane chip". Don't freak out as it doesn't really happen to all the "insane chip" unit, even some are with the "insane chip" unit are still works fine till today.

Ok, Since mine device got warranty until Sept 2013, therefore if got SDS within this period, I will able get Mobo replace FOC.

Any reliable car charger out there? Got 1 cheapo car charger last time and burnt my usb cable...

Don't worry about it too much coz' not all the 'insane chip" unit gives problem, just enjoy your S3.

Burn your USB cable? You mean your original USB cable? Better look for some respective brand of car charger otherwise it may damage your phone as well.
