QUOTE(XeactorZ @ May 14 2013, 01:46 AM) I tried already, failed to flash ah yak.. same massage when i flash friend s3 with method 2.. then turn on phone showing something like this message "Emergency, phone went something wrong when doing firmware upgrade. Please connect your phone and choose recovery mode in Samsung Kies" i think its only works if you are on 4.1.1 anyway this worry will be over at the end of this month This post has been edited by TamiyaOne: May 14 2013, 02:03 AM |

QUOTE(silent_stalker @ May 14 2013, 10:10 AM) Not taking any chances. Its a 2 month old phone, it will be a bummer if the warranty void this early. But i need clarification, if the mobo is changed, will the warranty period reduced? Warranty start the day you buy and end 12 month later in between change parts under warranty except accessories |

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ May 14 2013, 11:55 PM) found old bootloader Post 10flash with CWM as said maybe option to recovery ---> (my phone didn't wanted to enter recovery the old fashioned way using 3-button combo, but i managed to enter recovery from charging mode, by connecting the charger on a switched off phone, and as soon it starts charging press Vol Up + Home + Power, and when the FIRST Logo (Galaxy S III GT-I9300) appears, let go of the power button, keep pressing the Vol Up + Home, and it enters recovery).
