The road u mentioned is part of concerto..means it give more privacy and more luxury feel...
Btw..I kinda feel that u r quite anti concerto...in concerto thread u shout out loud about how bad to have international school in this area, will cause jam la...better switch to another place la...
But here u say can attract expat la...good location to stay la....and now even say small road to concerto but just ignore the fact that concerto is nearer to the traffic light...based on the logic u mentioned in concerto thread, if jam is really yr concern, then location wide concerto should be better ah...somemore the road u said is belonged to concerto...concerto can always utilize it to organize private functions like appreciation dinner in early this year...so grand...

What do u mean by that and which condo entrance is not directly from the road even 28 Dutamas has a entrance directly by the road but the difference is that at least Concerto when u enter there is a wide road between Changkat View and Menara Duta 2 is welcoming you home and they have a grandier guard house before you enter your home. Whats your problem again, why not Changkat View but Concerto, whats your intention?

and the so-called "small road" u mentioned, please really go and have a look, it is so nicely decorated and gives kind of luxury feeling, with water feature guard house and club house sit aside, as what erictan86 said, it is a private road belong to Concerto, its can only give Concerto a grandier feel but not what you said, it is totally up-side-down.

I could say that Concerto has the best location if it is compare to 28 Dutamas, it is just infront of the two trunk road which make it easy for me and my neighbour to escape from the traffic jam i guess. "Smack in between Changkat View & Menara Duta 2", oh come on the road in between this two condo is wide enough to cater for at least two way lane, 2 from each side. Funny, what again after this.

MK22 got 500++ units starting 650psf, now left huge units. Its branded as 4* condo.furnishing and privacy pavilion hilltop n concerto win

Again, you just make a fool out of yourself. I can say most of the condominium in Jalan Dutamas Raya then if its not then may i sd this many condominium which is located along this road, eg. Changkat View, Menara Duta, Menara Duta 2, Anggun Puri and many more and even Concerto the grand entrace is located along this road. The question now is which of the project are situated or located deep / further in, this is definitely 28 Dutamas and you keep spinning and rounding around with the main road and guard house. You just mislead a lot of people who are interested. If i have not been to the place definitely i would have been a victim from your misleading information. They are sharing the same road, it just that COncerto are nearer to the two trunk road to exit Jalan Dutamas Raya and 28 Dutamas is a few hundreds meter further in. Shame on you, and still u claimed that u are from the Jalan Dutamas Raya neighbourhood.

The answer is WRONG!

I mentioned many times, that is a private land area which belong to Concerto and not to public, it is a private access which lead you to the main component of concerto, and also give the management people to organize private function if want to.
Means, the first step you walk from Jalan dutamasraya to this you so-called "road", you are actually entering Concerto territory.
Is my statement clear enough?

i think this is the so-called "smack road" you mentioned which "sqeeze" between changkat view and menara duta,
please look clearly the picture, the entrance is started from the big concerto signage, means the entrance is located besides jln dutamasraya, and you so-called "smack road" is belong to concerto, it can be decorated by landscaping and even some decoration during festive season.
