Quite decent place to live, easy access to those major shopping area, neighbourhood with high class mont kiara....if for 12++ sqf unit below 600k, i will whack one...but too bad above 600k and almost 700k....

depend on what u need and what is ur budget


mont kiara= more suitable for family stay, purely residential area, with some commercial
solaris dutamas = live above the major and hottest shopping mall for mont kiara/hartamas/dutamas area
north kiara = more for local mid range incomers stay place

Not bad o, 8 units per floor, and cant view the yard area from lift lobby, all bedrooms window face same direction like balcony, the study room can convert to small bedroom somemore

BT homestead always good in floorplan layout design, they know how to utlize the space and make it look spacious

The 800sqf unit at anggunpuri, they can make it with balcony, dry yard and 3 bedrooms, and looks like 1000sqf size....

I this 28dutamas can get below 650k, i think will sell out very soon

ya agree, more obvious...the road lead to concerto, a little bit weird for me...it's not like a main road, more like a small road, can see the walls on both side for changkat view n menara duta 2...but a slong as concerto can plant some nice trees and beautify it should be ok...
