As always, marketing trick to sell out all those non premium view which comes with early bird package. After that, those having premium view will release for premium sale. I noticed the same in Vina

B2 north got Genting view.

I'm just sharing my info so as I do know roughly the selling price psf in this area. All are categorized as high end and Im neither comparing directly nor fighting for what. Im also buyer of Cloudtree, and have the right to compare several options to meet my requirement. You can take it or ignore the info given.

1) WOTP. Yes launched it last year and I was there during launch till March only enquire for the price. The price was given in 4th March 2013, Not last year price.

2) I went there last Sunday before I paid booking to CT.

3) Yes. Price is 550psf after discount for 1430sf, confirmed as I'm also the buyer.

4) One South. The Gardens & Parc condo facing Lake, it's 500psf confirmed as my brother got the duplex Soho.

Anyways, im just sharing, no offends.
I think I wil keep it myself instead of sharing to avoid any conflicts, especially pricings.

oh facing KL view should be higher psf.
But guess they wil increase price soon also~

I wonder how KL City view/ lake view looks like. cant imagine.
If KL City night view looks better, might change my unit asap!

I'm thinking to go for 1269sf facing kl on block A1.
However, I'm struggling on choosing either unit 1 or 2.
I like unit 1 the most but hate the direct sunray from west to the master bedroom while unit 2 doesn't has such problem.
Any advice?

Yes A1 unit 1 might have better view theoretically but practically it's too far from kl. only reserved forest is more realistic.
Don't u think evening sun is very hot? Some more direct sun to master bed room.

- WOTP might be cheaper in psf (as compared to CT blk A), but size bigger 1700+sf, maintenance fees wil be higher.
If future wanna sell, might harder?
- WoTP 8.9acre land vs CT around 8acre too?
- workmanship. Hopefully, but i've seen AlamPuri/One Sentul FB page complaint some cracked wall, uneven floor on their units. I hope they can improve on CT/

Hopefully Zalam treat SDB as the direct competitor in this area by doing this project better than WOTP. By doing so, more buyers will be confident on their future launches definitely.
