anyway for the lake view, no one can beat dream city since thats their main selling point, lake front.
our one is about 500 meters and located at hill top over seeing the lake. you cant expect we going to have the same view like dream city.

cant remember. but our unit one is 1.2 meters x 6.6 meters. bigger than dream city?

bro, our price already 25% cheaper than dream city, freehold, and provide better spec. and yet you still ask for kitchen cabinet and aircond?

no sorry we dont have duplex unit, in fact, duplex is kind of waste of space, not practical. trust me bro, i own a 2000sf duplex condo before (just sold it last year). it look nice for the high ceiling but it doesnt come for free, the cost psf is higher.

the plan everything is ready months ago, you can contact the number that i give you anytime.

but if you really concern about the view specially lake view, i believe dreamcity still your first choice. we located on hill top while dreamcity located next to a lake. all you need to do is pay 33% higher for a leasehold property

in term of quality and spec, we are higher than 4 star i believe. our design and spec is to built a highest end condo at cheras, or at least same par with WotP.

we not intend to built any showroom at the moment, but plan to built a mock-up unit for the last block, when we are half way done.

mockup unit mean actual sample that built on a permanent building, instead of a sample house that built on temporally building.
we have 5 block, the mockup unit probably built when we launch the 4th or 5th block, which is the most expensive block.

and confirm, we not plan to built any sample house at the moment.

if you insist to view a nice show unit to make any booking, sorry lah bro. we dont plan to launch our project by a super nice fancy showroom.

ok ok i will let you know if we decide to built the show unit....

LOL bro, for most development, the purpose for you to register yourself is to get invited for launching or soft launch.
developer wont circulate all those detail info to you.
i registered myself for glomac sime darby ytl IGB, you dont expect they emailed me the master layout plan and price before launching right?

if you want to be a normal buyer, you can wait for the launching.
if you want to be the early bird, you got to be a little bit more initiative......
