haha not sure if it's da same one, as there are few Red brick projects in Sg Long, that time showunit/mock unit is the Corner unit facing the small roundbout/guardhouse.
Yea it's smaller than other Landed around, but stil more than enough for a small family to stay. Guess already sold out since last year, price wont the same too...

the Cari forumer said it might due to the upcoming SUKE Highway block the view of Altitude.

Sin Chew newspaper reported that the new proposed Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) will be situated just next to Bukit Manda’rina. This will create noise and pollution and please find below the newspaper link where existing residents already expressed their worried and protest.

I only know it's leasehold and SUKE. (So SUKE confirmed on-going?)
The pros might be located high hill, and large unit size? price also 700K onwards..

Get the Dreamcity if dont mind leasehold. 600K 1100sf 750k 1430sf. haha

Hot or not doesnt really matter. Many good projects not being actively discussed here but still selling good.

Buyers are not stupid, they wont simply just get a 600k property cuz it being heavily promoted here.
Ive done research in very details, thats why come to conclusion that CT is a goodchoice for ownstay. If not good investment, lagi good for me as I dunwan see too many investor invest on CT and become an empty ghost castle. investor pls go away..

From dreamcity, wotp, vina several projects till CT, still CT met my requirement (not the access).
Chester members herr or genuine buyers herr promoting,I don't care as I believe myself not naive or stupid until risk myself to get 600k prop without thinking.

If u dont lkke the wwaythey promotjng here, then just go othet thread,I believe othet thread had the same scenes as well or even worse.

lowyat really not informative anymore in some way, there are ppl act as buyers to support own projects and there are ppl from other competitors to critize. Thats quite normal in every industry. We are sharing info n thoughts here so as buyers could have differ opinions before decision made..
Really hard to believe whos angel n devil here.

Well all detailrd information of CT already been given, it's already like an open Book Exam. Evaluate the projects outselves if its worth for u or izzit meet ur requirement to buy it. If i dislike, I wil never check it out (eg You city, too many blocks, no interest ady), if Im interested then wil do 200%research on it. Thats simple.

if the projects have weaknesses, no matter how agents promoting it, also wont work unless there are alots "Smart" buyers buy prop like buy vege with no brains.

Well they dont support as they just pass by the acxess road (dead end) and surroundings, without knowing the details or concept of the CT. They do not know its lowdensity, view facing, facilities, reasonable price, so I understand their thinkin whem come to the access. For me, the greenery n low density n other pros attracts me most n makes me forget bout the access. I really like the Infinity pool with the Golf/lake view! It's facing west, so imagine swim durin sunset... cantik..

Alots forumer already mentioned CT is not for rental or capital appreciation.

So I think nothin is important anymore, as long as it deliver quality as promised, that's definitely a best choice for own stay.

So investor, pls go find other prop like Ayamas.

Yeap, the dead end shouldnt be any problems if developer widen it beautify it by plant more trees.
Just the abandoned shoplots and old terrace houses at side looks very rundown.. tongue.gif

Yea agreed.. rental is an issue, flipping as well. But really cant flip? i believe there are ppl wil buy dis subsale for ownstay as well.
I dont think they wil get subsales to invest/flip again right? 10% need to pay le..

If this CT is cantik and good quality, i think stil got ppl wanna get it for ownstay, away from busy city and have a relaxin environment to stay.. thats my 0.00002cents thoughts la.. sad.gif

Yea, hope zalam can beautify the accessroad from the guardhouse til the abandon shoplots and put a big "CloudTree" Signboard next to the "Taman Juara Jaya" board. So atleast ppl can easily find where is Cloudtree, but not drive al da way to AlamDamai..haha

similar AI has been posted on the access to guardhouse CT. hope it not only the guardhouse there.

Since there r many complaints on the access road and Zalam wil only start construction the deadend road in Sept/Oct.
Suggest they should building a Cloudtree big signboard on the entrance of Taman Juara Jaya. Just like how CasaGreen did before Sales gallery.
Atleast give a buyer/potential buyers a confident on the project b4 commit. tongue.gif

Actually not just Taman Juara Jaya,
Along the damai perdana, should have traffic light, now seems like the cars speed all da way str8 to alam damai. blink.gif

and Im clueless about the "tiny" roundabout before Juara (from Silk Highway), dangerous though, might hit the roundable if not alert
