to make it short and more specific, you guys just dont like the YOGB colors right? or you happy with the colors but not within the balcony area.

the building color scheme consist of light grey, dark grey, white and YOGB. if YOGB been taken away then the whole building only left 3 colors.

can you guys give me some example that which building looks ugly due to the color, and which one looks great hence we should do the same?

by the way, scale model color is a bit diff from the actual one due to the material used and color paint.

and YOGB mean yellow orange green blue.

Yea actually 3 colors is fine, but CT facade design abit too simple. You can feel like too much White color, looks plain. Especially the wall at our Masterbedroom, there r few different size of wall blocked windows of masterbedroom & 2nd room, they are all White... 
I think some wood elements would be nice, just like those quality wood/timber floor next to the tennis court of Block B..

Anyways, found this below penang condo on net, dont you think it's similar to CT? the "blackboard" on rooftop, and the yellow wall.. LOL but looks standout than CT, maybe the darker grey using? more contrast to white.

Anyways, ive been checking the Zalam website from time to time.  Only 3 photos was provided in the gallery.
But if you guys noticed when click on the cloudtree, Kl South under property tab. There's this nice lobby photo as its background of CT intro.

Can anyone confirmed if it's the CT lobby? It does look simple/clean and elegant. The floortype and wall looks good =D

Nways good job to Chulk kor. He must be headache everyday of our comments.. frankly speakin he's one of best for being so responsive and responsible for buyers here. Really appreciated  his efforts. His sales team or management doing a pretty good job here.  (Not sure how they approach buyers in fewyears back for 1sentul and Alam Puri?).

in fact, i find quite a lot of hard sell members in this topic actually are new register member and from their previous posting, only discuss on this topic...something fishy...probably are the agents create multiple account to hardsell at here?    

RM 550 per sqft before discount...... Should be hard for me to get loan approval even apply with 2 names  (income not high enough to get loan >500k )

Doubt that developer will put the road imrpovements effort in snp, for sure developer will say will beautify the road but will not state in snp, will u still invest in this property?
