most of the project at cheras are under selangor, which include vina, casa green, WotP, dream city, one amerin and silk.

i am not sure about the address, many developer prefer to use KL, but pretty sure that the assessment is under sel.

my bro own a house at damai perdana, which is just directly next to CloudTree, under address of 56000 kl, but the assessment is under sel, and enjoy free 20m3 water from pakatan government.

i think i can find out who sold you the unit, already ask him or her to call you tomorrow to clarify the thing, and apologize to you if he or she gave you misleading info.

however, if you feel unsatisfied with it, we will fully refund to you and fire the sales person. we know that we are not perfect, but we try to make all purchaser happy.
