I was a level 26 and had spent 10$ on my own money I the game, the last update I lost everything. It's not worth your time to play it. I think it's time to stop worrying about updates and restore accounts that spent money on the game. Would like a refund for the theft. It's now the next update and still reset to level 1.

This is why EA won the golden poo awards 2 years running, this is about the third time my town has been deleted (and judging by the reviews I'm NOT the only one this has happened to), and EAs customer (non)service response was; "Oops, we messed up, we'll fix it, someday, maybe." I'm done with this garbage.
