help me about cpu voltage plssss, All overclock guru come in~

Okay, i have a Phenom II x4 960T BE unlocked to X6 1600T, i only can Oc to 3.55GHz, cant pass the border. I think is voltage problem bcuz blue screen error give 0x00000050 means unstable voltage right? (correct me if i m wrong). bcuz 3.647GHz juz once successful but after that cannot ady, dunno why. Use both bios and AOD to overclock, pls help me
