Cobra tanks are made from titanium and titanium is very expensive, by the way Fogatti tank also cost the same like cobra but the material is not titanium so I am guessing it is made in UK and the workmanship is top notch.

Is it good? The seller told me brass is surely better than my confiscated eVic. I find that when the batt is full it gives a good smoke, but when batt is <50% its so so only. Maybe its the tank, what tank u using? also how does it perform with smaller batts?
