Headache...headache. I'm a Malay. Never bought a bumi unit/lot in my entire life. Got 2 apartments, 1 condo, 1 semi-D. All international lot.
Bumi lot is a curse!
Bumi lot to non-bumi, Bumi lot to non-bumi
Bumi lot to non-bumi, Bumi lot to non-bumi

Might as well cancel this bumi lot thing. If have money buy...no money don't buy. Simple economics.
I'm currently working in JB until this August, then go back to KL where I belong. Situation in Johor damn worst than KL. Bumi unit allocation is 40% of total development. Buying power of bumi in JB is the weakest I believe. All bumi lot goes unsold until developer release. Sultan Johor also cannot do anything about this maa.. But me from KL BBB..... |

QUOTE(Gymrat76 @ Apr 11 2013, 10:35 PM) Just to tumpang this thread, what does it mean when the developer "releasese Bumi lots for sale"? Does that mean it will be converted to international again and I can buy without worry? From what I understand, if the construction is completed and those bumi units are not sold yet than developer can request to release the bumi lot by converting the title to international unit. Have to meet the Menteri Besar ask for his signature and then can convert. After convert, non-bumi can buy oledi. |
