If u r eligible to get those discount, it is stupid not to enjoy it.

It is the policy maker's problem to implement such discount not based on the needy for example those from poor, instead, discount given to your skin color and religion even for luxurious property above 1mil.

I dont think that was what cheahcw2003 meant. What he meant was if eligible to receive any discount, it would stupid if a person doesnt take it.
