In fact in march i booked 1 unit for only 725k after discount. When i paid the 10k deposit, they accidentally put their P&C exact measurements for all the units along with my brochure. Upon checking the thing I went back to them to query and was lucky enough i got my deposit back. The way they do stuff was kinda rip off and waste of time.
