Not sure what is the potential of this area since we are concerned that the shops in Kajang Perdana along the same road are not all fully tenanted and also looks quite quiet.I am considering both the shops on the east and west. Can any Kajang residents comment about this area? Would you as a resident of Kajang come to TTDI Grove for the shops here? Would this area be too far for you? Are the access roads convenient for you or is it too difficult to get here?
