We actually visit those new projects nearby that area, likes TH, tropicana Cheras and Quartz Stone(Mahkota Cheras). Here are the concern:

TH: quite deep inside the kajang area and need to pass-by the factory area some more. We give up this.

Tropicana Cheras: Sg Long, quite ok with this project, but cost us rm988K...we cant afford

Quartz Stone: Last unit from developer, 878k, but jam issue. infact, the house is really big, 3 stories.

Iris: Although far from KL area, it just beside the main road, 860K with discount and free MOT, modern house design
Hence, we are now considering either Quartz Stone or Iris... but now we are doubt about the NazaTTDI workmanship and their efficiency of deliver the house also. as our understanding, this IRIS project are amended from 3 stories to 2 1/2 stories...

Yes, google not much info about this project. I went to their sale office which just located the TTDI Grove area, get their catalog. According to the sale, IRIS project haven't do the official launch yet by developer.
