I m kajang resident.. as location wise.. this area is good near highway.. but also near prison..

the prosperity depends on the ttdi housing tenanted or not.. so far.. it relies on them..

you are right shoos along kj perdana especially jelok impian are half dead..opposite it better..

this is malai area..

i got 1 account only, i rent maluri, weekends back kajang, that is why my Strong protest to traffic jams, sumroe semenyih..

jams, money for tolls and petrol are more or less same with rentals.. sumore 2 cars me and my gf going to be worse..

I just think the time sucked in traffic is not worthy off even it is "township concept" and the motorist attitude .

lets breed hope in it, TTDi still vacant alot, maybe some still reno and same time put yellow banners for sale
