Hi! I am interested to buy the shop lots at TTDI Grove. So now I wish to ask if anyone here knows if the quarry is still operating and if so, knows if it has any impacts on the property around there. I heard the houses very close to the quarry complained of dust and tremor but since TTdI is still a distance away, do we need to worry?

I am considering both the shops on the east and west. Haven't quite decided which one....
