Its 4, and i've yet to recieve any call from gdex on delivery of the S4 i ordered from Digi. Got a mail from Digi on Thursday saying that delivery will be on 27th. Pm-ed their fb admin yesterday and even today morning , and they confirmed its today.
i got a little worried at 3 when there is no sound from gdex so i called their digi cs line only to be informed that my delivery is scheduled on the 2nd.
Almost snapped when i heard that, had to explain to the cs about the confirmation , and got escalated to lvl 2 support (no idea why) The lvl 2 support wasnt briefed about my case, and had to re-run the whole story again

the cs responded to me by asking to check with gdex, i told them that i did not pay or deal with gdex, its digi who is suppose ensure all backend stuff's are sorted. The guy kept pushing me to call gdex which i gave them an ultimatum of either ensuring that gdex delivers it today or arrange for a self collection in one of digi outlets.
pretty upset and pissed about this stupid issue, its even more pissing to find out that it could have been easier to walk in and get it right away today both from digi and other carriers. Sigh..
Anyone else who pre-ordered has the same predicaments?
