just did a brief check on samsung MY website. Specs said is Octa, I guess no LTE version for the time being.

Just had a chat with a friend that works in SEP. It seems that Samsung now are selling direct @ 2199 for S4 and there is no dealer price for SEP. Dealers are only given those bundle accs with dealer price, so the profit margin only comes from the bundle accs. Dealer price will only available mid-May onwards.
