I suddenly want this phone so badly...I have never own samsung phone before...wanna try it...can anyone tells me if samsung phones really always lag or hang? coz people tell me it's screen will suddenly jammed or what

apps cannot be stored in sd cards, once moved to micro sd card the apps will not function 

but i don't want to root.

thats the problem with S4, get HTC One if u want more storage + lte.
