Is there a program where you can back up your stuff on the SD Card and then restore in your new phone?

Gonna change to S4 from a Note 2 and want to transfer my stuff the most painless way possible.

Surprisingly, the RM100 rebate is for 200 first customers, and apparently I'm customer number 170 or so.. not many ppl interested in S4? How come other countries say pre-order also sold out..

Tried to get an S4 from LYT last night, but only left the white one. Went to Asia Mobile on the 1st floor to check if they have the black one. They did! But the fraking bloodsuckers wont sell it to me unless I purchase a bundle. RM2599 for the S4, flip case, Bluetooth headset, and sp. I told them I only wanted the phone and the S-cover flip case, and I'll pay cash. The saleslady went to check with her boss, and came back to tell me that will only be available next week. I didn't even bother responding. Screw them, I'll get my S4 elsewhere.

I went to the other SEP but they didn't have anymore black. I came pretty late, around 9pm. Wanted to come earlier but had to do some overtime. Sigh.

Anyone know how to move App that install in phone to SD Card. It should be under the Settings - Application Manager, but it is not there. Is it S4 doesn't allow us to install App in the SD Card?
