All i will say is 512MB ram is not enough... i am gonna add a stick of 1GB to my MB when i goes to Lowyat in coming weeks...

Fancy looks? Fancy desktop, functionability etc etc ... Mac OS X has it all .. whistling.gif why bother about Vista... lalalala

** still no chance to test out my WIFI .... didn't really bother to go CoffeeBean or Starbuck to try it... hmmmmmm and most of the WIFI router around my area is "secured" .. sad.gif

Well, actually we dont really need to buy 2 stick at once..

someone tried just 1 stick of 1 GB and use another old stick of 256..

it works as well...

I just bought a stick of 1GB KVR too ....

now total of 1.25GB in my MB ... like no rasa.... gonna try more intensive later... lol

edit: It is a bit faster now.. usually after i left the MB awhile it will lag when i re-use (from the screensaver) .. now nore more lag. Going to dashboard usually will lag a while to show all widget, now all come out immediately ... smile.gif

Btw, since we all know how "secure" Windows is ....

Will the "Security" issue occur when we use bootcamp to install windows? (prone to virus la, blablabla)?

Still thinking if i should install Windoze in my MB, as i might not have access to my desktop for a while.. Can't live without my MMORPG

macbook seems to be a nice deal just that lacking of dedicated GPU shuns me away  sad.gif macbook pro is kinda heavy and out of my budget.

Last time i also felt that the lack of GPU is kinda .. erm.. sucky?
But then since MAC also dont have much game..... and i have 1 Windoze desktop for gaming and other purpose... so i just go ahead to buy my MacBook

The real turndown for me is the super small screen.. 13.3" ... yeah it's easy to carry around but then too small. rclxub.gif

Still love it though whistling.gif

Some stupid thing happen to my DOCK!!

It disappear and never came back... When i turn of the "auto hiding" the DOCK appear again, but it acts weirdly. It wont magnify anymore....
When i turn on hiding again.. it hides forever.... won't come out..

Any fix for it? Don't wanna restart my MB cos i have lots of works.. lazy to reopen again....

** searched google and someone has the same problem as me, comment from the forum is not useful ..

EDIT :: FIXED !! When to activity monitor and kill "dock" process..... and it is back and working normally

meh.. something is wrong with my OSX ... hmmm...
It won't "auto re-fresh" (ok i have no idea what to call it ...)

Situation
For example i downloaded a zip file from the Internet to my Desktop (using FireFox), upon download completion, the file won't show on my Desktop until i "Right Click > Reveal File in Finder" from the Download Window of FIREFOX.

Or another example would be, i extracted the ZIP file, the contain won't show up ...

Any idea what is wrong here?
