I think you mean a more prominent jaw line. I think that happens when you achieve a lower body fat %. Or using growth hormone.

f*** balancing muscles. My right arm is at 15.8 inches than my left is at 14. I gave up trying to do unilateral exercises long ago.

Why?

1. genetics.
2. ...
3. train the soleus
4. as fat % decreases, face fat will go too, thus looking more... "muscular"

This. As simple.

I understand being a newbie you would wonder about these, not that I blame u for asking it here but I guess the answers are readily available in the net. You get to learn a lot more stuff besides what you asked. So go spend a few hours reading on stuff and then come ask questions. Cheers

Just doesn't work. Left arm can barely catch up with right. Strength wise they are almost equal. But my left arm can't catch up with my right arm in size. Left grows. Right grows as well.

Caused by bad form from the start.

soooo, you gave up unilateral movements because you had bad form from the start, therefore causes your left arm to be smaller?

of course it wont catch up with your right arm, your right is compensating for your left. i can gurantee you that.

fix your db curl form and start doing it again
