I just join for gym , I want to training a balancing muscle that not too over . So I was hoping to train the right way at the start place.

1. The Chest muscle ,how to make sure my chest muscle center got meat or muscle not that empty like picture. My friend keep telling me not to worry if your chest muscle is thick enough then center will automatic filled with meat , but as the picture had show me that they having a thick chest but the center still is empty.

2. The Arm Muscle, how to stop my arm muscle keep growing after I think it is already big enough to suite my body, but I still need to continue my chest muscle or other part muscle that still need to use my arm.

3. The Calf muscle (Gastrocnemius), My friend never train his leg dunno why , he think he is so pecfect with huge body but small leg . But I not going to follow him but I have some question before I start to train my leg ,is about the calf muscle .Because I seen a lot of people after training their leg ,the calf muscle just concentrate like a ball at one place call Gastrocnemius , how to prevent my Gastrocnemius muscle don't grow like a ball , but grow longer smother match with other part muscle of my calf.

4. This an extra question that can be ignore, there is a rumor that after body build become muscular ,the face will automatic be muscular face too. Is that true or false (but I really saw some of my friend face just seen difference after they become muscular)?

I apologized at here 1st ,I have no purposely offence to anyone that build huge muscle, this is just my personal like of body building. Everyone have difference sight of beauty , hope you all understand , please I really need help . Thanks

just lift and see the progress first. you wont become so muscular as you mention in just few months. it take alot effort. just lift, trial and error.

for your 1st question, having center chest line is nice ar. i personally like it. what the problem with it? look like women breast?

for question 4.... zzzz, when and where u see a muscular face?

I think you mean a more prominent jaw line. I think that happens when you achieve a lower body fat %. Or using growth hormone.

f*** balancing muscles. My right arm is at 15.8 inches than my left is at 14. I gave up trying to do unilateral exercises long ago.

This. As simple.

I understand being a newbie you would wonder about these, not that I blame u for asking it here but I guess the answers are readily available in the net. You get to learn a lot more stuff besides what you asked. So go spend a few hours reading on stuff and then come ask questions. Cheers

Janson : I dont mean to make the question funny ,and I am serious on the 1st 3 question except the no.4 just a rumor, In real life there is really a lot of people facing the same problem ,after I google the question they also given some solution that not so clear , thats why I asking here to see whether there is some better solution.

Akiratm : As I mention before everyone have difference sight of beauty no means to offence your opinion, And for the chest muscle what I means here is that I don't want the center line too be so width as the picture .I show you 2 more picture that have a width distance , and another 2 picture that is just ok.

Kubuk : haha , but I don't means to be totally equal both side , I know is impossible .If without measurement ,just from the outside view if it seen balance then is good enough for me. What I scare is arm like same size with my leg but body chest and leg still small. haha.

Dirtymartini : I also think is genetic reason like female ,but just hope to do something to change it a bit. haha. And what you mean train soleus?

Actually since I already google for some solution And I will share it here hope if anyone that have some better solution please advise but I need to mention 1st , the solution I never try before , and I translate it from chinese and my english is broken english, so if there is any grammar or wrong translation please forgive me. of course if my solution is wrong please correct me. Your sharing , helping and advise is very appreciated.

1. for center muscle try to do Incline Dumbbell Fly training this training will concentrate the center chest muscle as they mention. But maybe wont work cause maybe just like what dirtymartini say is genetic . But worth to try .

2. solution not find , maybe just stop arm unilateral exercises earlier a bit before it reach my target size and pray.

3. To avoid the concentrate muscle at calf, 1st solution always stretch the leg and soft massage on your Gastrocnemius muscle but they din't mention before or after training . 2nd don't train too lot on short run ,of course gym room don't have place to do that I means outside.

4. Is just a rumor.

All solution here I never try before , if you have better way or correct way or I am wrong , please share . Thanks.

Just doesn't work. Left arm can barely catch up with right. Strength wise they are almost equal. But my left arm can't catch up with my right arm in size. Left grows. Right grows as well.

Caused by bad form from the start.

soooo, you gave up unilateral movements because you had bad form from the start, therefore causes your left arm to be smaller?

of course it wont catch up with your right arm, your right is compensating for your left. i can gurantee you that.

fix your db curl form and start doing it again

My thoughts exactly. My left arm used to be an inch smaller than my right due to the right being my dominant arm. Now they're within 0.5 inches apart.

Dirtymartini answered all your questions. If googled what the soleus was, you would figured that part out.

If you're talking about the line between the pectoral muscles, that's just the way the human chest anatomy is.
