Hi,
I would like to recommend you to try the clinical hypnotherapy method to improve your gastrointestinal symptoms. The Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act (Act 756) sets the minimum competence level for the credentialing of a professional Mind Body Soul Therapy practitioner in Malaysia. Look for a registered and licensed clinical hypnotherapist under the Association of Hypnotherapy Practitioners, Malaysia (AHPM) which is the governing body for hypnotherapy. The Efficacy of Hypnotherapy in the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4015203/ The outcomes in this meta-analysis were evaluated at 3 months for short-term effects and at 1 year for long-term effects. The change in abdominal pain score at 3 months was significant in the hypnotherapy group (standardized mean difference, −0.83; 95% CI, −1.65 to −0.01). Three of the 4 trials showed greater improvement in overall gastrointestinal symptoms in the hypnotherapy group. Conclusions This study provides clearer evidence that hypnotherapy has beneficial short-term effects in improving gastrointestinal symptoms of patients with IBS. |

QUOTE(slimey @ Jul 22 2016, 08:20 PM) Most direct and accurate method is by getting a scope to your stomach. Take a look inside and take a small sample for test. I just did blood test and it came out negative for H. Pylori. Just want to know is it reliable by doing blood test?Sample place in a reagen and can get result in 15 min |

QUOTE(halofujima @ May 22 2017, 01:49 AM) After the scope, it depends what are the findings. Usually the doc will even take some sample for biopsy during the scope. It's a bit pricey in gleneagles, i remembered mine costs more than a thousand. |

For H Pylori test, the most accurate test is the urea test which is also called the breath test. I just did it last year. No bacteria but still having gastric on and off. And when the on comes without warning, it is terrible pain.
