Waited 1.5 hour just for them to test drive for 5 mins.
Asked me to come again tomorrow for parts replacement

2 weeks later, asked me to go to proton bukit maluri 2 weeks just to replied this?

Arrived 7:15am, shop not open yet
8:00am opened
8:15am, took my car key and i left it there, took komuter to work, walk distance 1km to nearest ktm
Received call around 12noon, boss ini absorber rosak parts xde.. asked me to collect car and wait 1week

4/4/13 proton bukit maluri
Arrived 8:30, put my service book there. Appointment is arranged for 9:30am...
9:35am, come come lets see ur car, collect my key...
11:15am, a technician took my car go inside workshop

Now waiting, will update

Update 1:
Finished work edi.. Installed new bump stopper and absorber.. Done at 12:30pm.. Until now dunnow where he went lorrr

Update 2:
Saw my car oredi inside the workshop at 1:15... But the guy off to lunch

Update 3:
Done at 2:45pm... Sound is still there..this time maybe tulang anjing.. Yeah rite

Update 4: changed tulang anjing/link?... Sound still there

Then with help from lynspira group, i remove the metal clamp..voila the sound gone..


Conclusion: SC unable to solve, but i got new parts for several items
Lost of time...priceless

go to proton sc not authorised/franchise service center.. they have most spare part available

Bukit maluri is one of the complete center..

Mesra batu caves can service and repair (which is under proton not dealer)

Already cheapskate. But want superior service.

My experience with COE is a mix of good and bad, but generally they are SLOWWW. But if wanna claim anything, you stand a better chance that they have stock.

Worst Proton SC ever - Sin Siang Hin. Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid. You wanna claim warranty? no stock / today fully booked /pls come back next week.

The best part was, I once called up their stockist in Pandan Indah to see if they have stock for a part. The stockist ask me to call their service branch in Midah. You know what the receptionist at the SC answered me? a very impatient "Is this urgent? can you call back later? We are VERY BUSY RIGHT NOW!"

Can share your Ford fiesta SC experience?

My Ford not even 1st service yet middle of this month will go and claim warranty for my clutch.

Last time I went to inspect undercarriage...so so lor, nothing good or bad. Just that they never inform me my car is ready and I have to call to ask.

Wow. That's a long process. I claim gearbox also not so complicated.

proton...so far in kajang utama..the sc quite ok..the staff looks unfriendly but actually quite helpful. the only thng that they can solve is nyek3 sound from from wheel..just tighten some screw..that's it..almost 5 years still got the sound.
another sc in tmn kosas,ampang. staff quite rude. wont go back there.

Mine 1.5yo oredi 45k km.. Ur car 6months not even 10k

From my experience difference sc/difference service level. Let it be local car/import car. Try to stick with the sc you are comfortable with(good service/spareparts availability etc). Even some small service dealers can provide good service. But for major issue issue i recommend you send your car straight to a bigger sc.

In your case for proton sc, some sc will even take your car even with walk in customer but of course u have to wait. U'll be surprised some other make sc's need to book at least 2/3 weeks in advance to get their car serviced.

Haha.. Face problem.. Remeber my first time sent inpura for nyek2 sound.. Come to coe up to 5 time they dun know wat to do.. Everytime they said we already acknowledge that awaiting part for replacement which not available yet by the RnD .. And before i go back, some funny guy the one who cllect our key will test drive car with me n said" dik, time nek bumper kasi tekan brek n pelan2 nek baru bunyik tadak ok? .." pelan chio tul

I service my lala oni at coe alway 10 visit areadi, im the one who usually stays back where everyone who came later then me go home aready,until they almost closed up coe center i still there waiting my precious lala.. Smart guy am i? Never i wner back earlier than other who came later then me.. Usualy sent lala around 8-9 am, got key back around 5-6++ pm..say there the whole there like beggers already

Peugeot.. Roof leaking, sent to SC, got back the car 1 week after that, roof still leaks..

Complaint directly to CEO/COO of the brand, instantly got prioritized by the SC, case solved.

went to coe before bcause the service adv was my gf schoolmate..easy..no need appntmnt. but quite expensive..and saw some of the cars was serviced by intern (they came one group together with their lecturer/supervisor)..serviced the car. after that never sent the blm to coe.

perodua, in jalan reko. never been to another p2 sc..but so far this one is good enough. very fast service and will follow up with u few days after.
but so far still waiting for eps module replacement.

which pug sc? mine at balakong. quite slow actually..and lack of communication between client and service advisor.

That time it was Glenmarie, now, normal service just go to KL Volcare, they are friendly, not many cars, no need appointment for service but its a bit expensive compared to other SC's

send my 9 year old X-Trail back to Tan Chong because throttle control spoil, they charged me for 3.5k new one, recond one around 2k. Ended up sending the car to another workshop outside, owned by previous TC SC head. service that thing for just RM2O0.

Hi all..

i owner saga flx se 1.6 just 1 year..
the problem appear when i press break, some stupid sound come out..
sound like ke..tak..ke..takk..
always happend when try break the car drive slowly but not when speeding..
done already send to proton center 4 times to fix it..
but it just can longer 2week then sound still come out..

what actually problem, want send outside to fix it..

I'm a regular customer of Nissan SC in Chan Sow Lin since March 2011, so far so good, no complain at all for me. Can book service time from Nissan hotline, estimated finish time always meet their promise, quite friendly, already got 3 items replaced/fixed for free under warranty without any hassle at all, and recently they've improved their procedure of receiving customer so that it's faster.
So conclusion: still satisfied with their service.
