I service my lala oni at coe alway 10 visit areadi, im the one who usually stays back where everyone who came later then me go home aready,until they almost closed up coe center i still there waiting my precious lala.. Smart guy am i? Never i wner back earlier than other who came later then me.. Usualy sent lala around 8-9 am, got key back around 5-6++ pm..say there the whole there like beggers already

Peugeot.. Roof leaking, sent to SC, got back the car 1 week after that, roof still leaks..

Complaint directly to CEO/COO of the brand, instantly got prioritized by the SC, case solved.

went to coe before bcause the service adv was my gf schoolmate..easy..no need appntmnt. but quite expensive..and saw some of the cars was serviced by intern (they came one group together with their lecturer/supervisor)..serviced the car. after that never sent the blm to coe.

perodua, in jalan reko. never been to another p2 sc..but so far this one is good enough. very fast service and will follow up with u few days after.
but so far still waiting for eps module replacement.

which pug sc? mine at balakong. quite slow actually..and lack of communication between client and service advisor. smile.gif

That time it was Glenmarie, now, normal service just go to KL Volcare, they are friendly, not many cars, no need appointment for service but its a bit expensive compared to other SC's

send my 9 year old X-Trail back to Tan Chong because throttle control spoil, they charged me for 3.5k new one, recond one around 2k. Ended up sending the car to another workshop outside, owned by previous TC SC head. service that thing for just RM2O0.

Hi all..

i owner saga flx se 1.6 just 1 year..
the problem appear when i press break, some stupid sound come out..
sound like ke..tak..ke..takk..
always happend when try break the car drive slowly but not when speeding..
done already send to proton center 4 times to fix it..
but it just can longer 2week then sound still come out..

what actually problem, want send outside to fix it..

can somebody help me how to replace new one..

I'm a regular customer of Nissan SC in Chan Sow Lin since March 2011, so far so good, no complain at all for me. Can book service time from Nissan hotline, estimated finish time always meet their promise, quite friendly, already got 3 items replaced/fixed for free under warranty without any hassle at all, and recently they've improved their procedure of receiving customer so that it's faster.
So conclusion: still satisfied with their service.

I belip i will avoid proton unless they improved
