Tower one I think 95% booked. Very impressive considering the pricing and current soft market. Large percentage sold to PRC

The so called branded residences have been popping up like mushroom these couple of years. KL got so many high end rental demands for such residence meh. Or is it just purely head I win , tail u lose for developer and vice versa for owners only

Showroom for The Star Residence is now open. Woot woot!

I feel like type B is quite spacious though. Probably spacious enough for single and couples.

Noticed that still left good units too! rclxms.gif
