Both Symphony life related project..the star and twy both aftrr launched many months still no sound to sign spa.

Star won't be so fast.

Maybe not enough booking so don't dare to apply apdl?

Hi, any update on the project? have the price increased for the Star since launched last year?

Maybe we should ask, has the price decreased ?

I feel Star is quite affordable compared with many other KLCC/BB condos.. tribeca n face platinum being some of the names..

Have you bought one or a few ?

im a small fry and won't buy KLCC
little upside potential.. the features here are good but the building is not stunning enough for me.. gona be a waste if they stick with that design...

I heard the Sales people are going oversea to find customers. Properties in KLCC is not what most local folks will usually buy. I supposed Tribeca and others will also have to find oversea buyers.

wahh i was under the impression that sales was very good.. smart developers will go overseas first then only sell local.. let all d foreigners sapu so they less stress. i think Tribeca sold like 45% to foreigners.. tht one is d most overpriced condo in KL IMHO..

If star is 1.5k, DC residency(also market overseas kau kau) is 1.4-1.6k so star is more worth it than DC lorr.. i like to wait for recession than this foreign investors will fold one.. u see Seni MK many auction..

Sales good or not good depending on your definition lar. Maybe sales 50% is already considered good ?

I think they probably over optimistic, so they did not plan for oversea sales until they realized it later.

Anyway, anyone has the sales figure ?
