Learnt a lot different shared thoughts from this forum talk. For my understanding, for Star Residences, if invest 1.2~1.4m for a 1 bedded unit, you will get 3.5K rental.
Learnt from other posts, if invest the same amount(1.2m~1.4m) for a 2~3 bedded unit, you may get 4K-6K rental in other area such as Damansara/Bangsar/Mont Kiara/PJ. I'm thinking, will this a better deal? I'm pretty sure people invest in Star will definitely have their own strategy and better thoughts.
