Just checked my account in hong leong connect and found that my November overseas spends is not entitled with the 10% CB as per advertised in their latestxcampaign promotion. Have you guys check your November CB? Anyone get their rebate for overseas spends?

Yes. The transaction was done online in foreign currency. Checked the tnc and it never mentioned when n how the cb credited back to our account. Qas thinking to check with their CS but as some of you might already knew their services sucx!!

I guess not necessary to call. Juz a sudden reminds me that e-commence is NOT transaction made outside the country. That's why have to be very careful with the tricky TnC.
SMS registration I did it.
I track well my expenses. Initially thought of getting $92(3 categories) + $8 overseas CB. Though I 'lost' the $8 but still utilized 90%+ of the CB considered oklo.

Surprisingly got my November overseas spends CB credited into my account yesterday(27 Jan)! Anybody experienced the same?

Please bear in mind that December'13 cashback will only be credited into the account by 28 January 2014. If your statement cut-off date is before 28th, then you can only view it on your next statement. However, confirmed now it has been reflected in your account if you view it online.

No. Today is already 29th confirmed everyone can see their earned rebates in the system if they fullfilled the requirements. Make sure you click that "View Recent Transaction" button to view it.
